Web Development (HTML, CSS & JavaScript)

Web development is the foundation of every website I build, and it starts with three core technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. These aren’t just abstract “coding languages” — together, they handle structure, design, and interactivity on the web.

Together they structure pages, style them, and add interactivity.

How I use web development in practice

HTML (Structure)

HTML defines the building blocks of a page — headings, paragraphs, images, navigation, forms, and more. It ensures the content is well-structured so both users and search engines can understand it.

CSS (Design & Layout)

CSS controls the look and feel — fonts, colors, spacing, responsive layouts, and animations. It’s what makes a website professional, consistent, and usable across different screen sizes (desktop, tablet, mobile).

JavaScript (Interactivity)

JavaScript adds life to a site. It handles dynamic features like dropdown menus, form validation, content that updates without refreshing, and connecting with APIs for real-time data (for example, showing live scores or updating dashboards).

Responsive & Accessible Design

I make sure the sites I build adapt to any device size and are usable for all audiences, including accessibility considerations like proper labels and keyboard navigation.

Integration with Other Tools

Web technologies also allow me to connect websites with back-end systems, dashboards, or automation scripts. For example, a client’s resume upload form can tie directly into an automated workflow that generates a personal website.

By combining these three technologies, I can create anything from a simple landing page to a fully interactive, data-driven site — always built to be clean, responsive, and tailored to the project’s needs.
